How does the membership work?
Your membership includes one treatment each month. Simply book your appointment, attend your treatment, and enjoy exclusive member benefits while your membership is active.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes. Glow Club has a minimum commitment of 3 months. After your initial term, your membership continues on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled with the required notice.
Can I upgrade my treatment?
Absolutely. If you’d like to upgrade your monthly treatment or add additional services, you can do so for an additional fee.
What happens if I miss a month?
If you’re unable to attend your monthly appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply. Unused monthly treatments do not roll over unless otherwise agreed by the clinic.
Can I use my membership discounts on the same day?
Yes! As an active Glow Club member, you’ll enjoy exclusive member pricing on eligible treatments and products while your membership is active.

Terms & Conditions
Glow Club memberships have a minimum commitment of 3 months.
Memberships may be cancelled after the initial 3-month term by providing 2 weeks’ written notice before your next payment date.
Membership fees are automatically processed via direct debit 3 days prior to your next monthly treatment cycle.
Memberships, member pricing and exclusive offers are valid only for the registered member and are non-transferable.
Glow Club member discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount.
Member discounts apply to full-priced services and retail products only.
Your monthly membership includes a customised facial treatment. The following treatments are not included:

Carbon Facial
Skin Needling
Medi-Facial
Clear Skin Facial (Acne & Congestion)
Ultimate Glow Facial
If an excluded treatment is selected, an upgrade fee will apply.
Appointments are subject to Skinmetics’ standard booking, cancellation and late arrival policy.
