Minimum commitment of 6 months.
Membership may be cancelled after the initial term by providing 2 weeks’ written notice before your next payment date.
Membership payments are automatically processed via direct debit 3 days prior to your next monthly treatment cycle.
Memberships, member pricing and exclusive offers are valid only for the registered member and are non-transferable.
Member pricing cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount.
Discounts apply to full-priced services only.
Essential Membership includes up to 30 minutes of laser treatment per month.
Premium Membership includes up to 60 minutes of laser treatment per month.
Treatment areas may vary each visit, provided they fit within your allocated appointment time.
Additional treatment time may incur an upgrade fee. Shaving fees apply.
If you miss your monthly appointment, that month’s treatment will be forfeited and cannot be carried over or credited.
All appointments are subject to Skinmetics’ standard cancellation and rescheduling policy.
